Oats – a SuperGrain

Surprise! Jumbo oats, so good for you, are a SuperGrain our jumbo oats contain all three parts of the grain kernel – the germ, endosperm and bran. That means they are very rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals, & beta glucans helping to actively lower cholesterol

no added sugar

our ingredients are all natural – no “free” sugar. That means we do not add sugar to our natural ingredients. None. Zilch. simply natural.

good for diabetics

our simply fruit granolas contain no added sugars and are high in fibre which is part of a healthy and balanced diet. however, diabetics should follow dietary advice in line with their diabetes management plan.


we make our granolas using rapeseed oil; a source of vitamin e and fruit juice; a source of vitamin c. these vitamins act as antioxidants, protecting the body from free radicals which can cause adverse health effects.

cereal lovers simply fruit granolas are free from salt which helps to maintain optimum blood pressure and consist of mono-saturated fats, soluble fibre and fruit which can help to reduce cholesterol levels.
